In the kitchen, the aim was to achieve a balance between warmth and light through a combination of natural wood and white surfaces, creating a functional and visually spacious environment. The redistribution of appliances optimized circulation and improved the ergonomics of the space, while the addition of new storage areas brought order and practicality to the overall design. Furthermore, the laundry area was subtly but effectively separated within the same space.

As for the bathrooms, the original layout was maintained to preserve the existing water and drainage systems, prioritizing efficiency in the renovation. In the main bathroom, a contemporary palette was chosen with black fixtures and gray and wood-toned finishes, creating a sophisticated and elegant space. Meanwhile, in the smaller powder room, white tiles were selected to enhance the feeling of spaciousness, complemented by gray fixtures and an olive green vanity that adds character and contrast.

Finally, for the general flooring, Spanish-inspired hydraulic tiles were selected, providing texture, identity and a handcrafted touch that balances the modernity of the rest of the project.
